Unlike other popular items-for-sale websites, we’re not an auction site. We do not require preset hourly or weekly time limits, nor do we require any commission fees. A Seller just pays a reasonable online advertisement placement price and decide when and how long to have their personal items listed. Seller keeps their money and profits. Buyer strives to get a great deal. The buyer and seller are in ultimate control of the transaction – negotiating their deal and payment terms.
How it works and what makes us different.
To help control the frustration experienced by many buyers and sellers searching for items to purchase and list for sale online, we’ve established four unique advertisement features to go along with our superior Ad Listing descriptions, 10 photos viewer and optional video tour.
- $500.00 Minimum Valued Item(s): This requirement helps eliminate the $1, $10, or $100 dollar items that ultimately consume both buyers and sellers valuable time and money.
- Group-Ad Listings: Offered only at My4SaleOnline.com, Sellers can list their items-for-sale as a “Grouping” and give buyer(s) an ‘All-or-One’ purchasing option. This allows your interested buyer to also consider purchasing your other items-for-sale. Individual Seller receives a Free Group-Ad when three or more ad listings are purchased at the same time.
- Close Proximity Search: Our unique Search criteria are currently set by State and by Category, thus helping buyers find items-for-sale nearer where they live and is designed to help with shipping costs savings when buying larger freight sized items…i.e. a Baby Grand piano. City Search criteria will be forthcoming.
- Seller’s Offer and Contact: The Seller sets their asking price, OBO, and shipping cost or pick-up criteria. Seller also sets the means as to how and when they wish to be contacted – by undisclosed email address or by phone or other means.
